• Shipping time

 

All wheels listed on the site are available in local European stock (Sweden) and will ship within 24 hours of order confirmation. Shipping time is normally 2-4 days depending on location (some remote regions in Europe will have a 5-7 days delivery time)

• Do you offer other payment methods then Paypal?

Yes we also offer wire transfer option, for this way of paying please send us an email or send in the "contact us" form found under the "contact" tab

• What if the wheels are damaged upon delivery

 

All wheels are checked before leaving our warehouse to make sure there is no damage. If you receive a damaged wheel take pictures of the wheel and the box (including protection) it came with and contact us as soon as the wheels are received and we will sort out the issues for you.

Remember to always check the wheels upon arrival and if the boxes are damaged when collected from shipping company make sure this is noted by the courier. 

​

In the case of shipping damage (or damaged wheels upon arrival) all costs of return shipping and sending replacements will be taken by us.

• I cant find the Konig/Advanti model I´m looking for

 

On Racing Wheels Europe only the wheels that are kept in European stock is listed, to view all available wheels from Konig Wheels USA visit Wiborg-engineering.se or send us an email with the wheels you are looking for and we will special order them.
